Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes that our carriers cannot serve, or international addresses. Unsupported destinations are blocked at checkout.

Cost: Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free on eligible orders. You will not see a surprise shipping charge at checkout for supported addresses.

Timelines: Handling time is 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is typically 2–6 business days. Most contiguous-U.S. orders arrive about 3–8 business days from order date, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Tracking: When tracking is available, we email it to the address on your order. You can also check status on the Track Order page using your order number and email.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will help arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Carrier delays outside our control can occasionally extend transit times. If your order is late, reach out and we will check the shipment with you.
