About Us

Who we are

Sterling & Field is an online retailer of home Pilates reformers and indoor cat products. The store is operated by Presidential Ideas Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. You shop under the Sterling & Field name; orders, billing, shipping, and customer support are handled by Presidential Ideas Limited.

What we sell

We sell home Pilates reformers and a wooden cat exercise wheel for indoor cats. Each product page states what is included and who it is best for. We are a retailer: we do not claim to manufacture every component unless a page says otherwise.

Who we serve

We sell to households in the contiguous United States. Checkout is in USD and processed securely over HTTPS by Stripe. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or addresses outside the United States.

How to reach us

Questions before or after an order go to the same support team. Email is the primary written channel, and you can also call us. Typical reply time is one business day during Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET.
