Where do you ship?
United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not supported. Orders ship from warehouses in the United States.
How long does delivery take?
We typically ship within 1–2 business days. After that, transit usually takes 2–6 business days. Standard shipping is free within the U.S.
How do I track an order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. Tracking is also emailed when available.
How do returns work?

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over HTTPS. We never store raw card numbers.
Who makes the products?
Sterling & Field is the retailer. We curate home Pilates reformers and present each model with clear specs, inclusions, and fit guidance. We do not claim to manufacture every component ourselves.
