Where do you ship?
Contiguous United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not supported.
How long does delivery take?
We typically ship within 1–2 business days. After that, transit usually takes 2–6 business days. Standard shipping is free in the contiguous U.S.
How do I track an order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. Tracking is also emailed when available.
How do returns work?

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over HTTPS. We never store raw card numbers.
Who makes the products?
Sterling & Field is the retailer. Manufacturer brands (such as VEVOR on some items) are shown on the product page. We do not claim to manufacture third-party goods.
